Artiem Capri Hotel - Mahon (Menorca)

The pool area was so uninviting, no bar or anything to. And the bathroom had the most outdated shower-so sad! I really thought i shoudl be upgraded for my troubles but alas, the hotel obviously doesn't believe in customer appreciation. Almost left a great review, but just couldn't. Such a disappointment.

Spotless place with impressive views and nice location in a particularly attractive area. Very impressed with king room and incredibly helpful and genuinely helpful staff in the spa and spa receptionist. Lots of food for breakfast including slices of fresh bread and pastries.

Reasons to love it, and reasons not to

The complimentary afternoon snacks and friendly staff added a lovely touch! The breakfast selection was good, offering many sweet and savory options.

Check-in was delayed during peak times! There were plumbing noises that disrupted the serenity of my stay.

sheets and towels are impeccable, bed is comfortable and TV is very big. varied and good breakfast. We were given an umbrella to use and we were not asked to return it but we did for the guests to use. swimming pool is very nice to get rid of the heat and has something very original which is that it has a shower with hot water and soap and they also give you the towels which is great. One advantage is that it is close to the bus station and to tour the island by bus is great. of course, we already know the atmosphere around bus stations.

I'd been there more times than that and I didn't remember the area being so bad. In this sense I think the neighborhood has gotten worse. We were unlucky with the room because it was adjacent to a neighbor's building and they could be heard (ask for rooms far away). lot of light comes in through the windows and light curtain doesn't cover the whole of the sides. In other rooms I was in, bathroom was more comfortable, in this one the toilet was embedded between the door and bathtub and was uncomfortable.

Unexpected perks of local charm

The location was a good surprise, just a short stroll from the bustling center. The complimentary drinks and snacks added a special touch to our experience!

The pool area felt neglected, lacking the charming ambiance shown in pictures. It could use a serious cleaning and refresh to match the hotel's vibe.

The room we had was beautifully designed and new-fashioned with clean style, a lovely bathroom, as example. Walk from a bus station, the location was magnificent and amazing, in a reserved area. Also, it took about 10 mins by foot to get to Mahon Port.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was quite large and they provided us with a cradle for the baby without any problems. Both breakfast and dinner were very good. Variety in food and quality. . The staff was very friendly and pleasant and always ready to help you. The swimming pool is quite good although in the afternoon without sun and with wind it is a bit scratchy since once they open the roof they leave it like that all season long. I suppose that in the middle of July and August it is appreciated.

There is no access ramp to the hotel for baby carriages. There are only 5 steps but you have to go down them not only to go to the street but you have to enter the restaurant outside the hotel because there is no elevator that goes there. Just a lot more stairs, so you have to go down the street. The room smelled a little bit closed. No matter how you opened the balcony, it always smelled a little bit like closed.

Check-in at reception was a bit haphazard. First room allocated was being re-decorated ! Although he quickly gave us another room. The plumbing can be noisy.

The website said that there was a spa and a pool, but both were closed due to renovations during my stay.

Excellent massage experience

The rooms were great-sized and beautifully designed and the staff were affable. The service was good during all my just perfect stay. Besides, parking was available on-site: )

Location. It's at walking distance from the old downtown.

The room wasn't much comfortable, the a/c was really noisy, the insonorization is poor, the restaurant is not a place to be remembered, the breakfast is barely good enough and... The treadmill in the gym broke after 2km. Honestly next time I will pay more to go somewhere else.

Fantastic rooftop pool and unique complimentary snacks

The rooftop pool offered fine views of Mahon. I loved the concept of the self-serve Green Lounge, where I could grab complimentary drinks and snacks whenever I wanted. The breakfast included a great variety of options, including freshly made dishes that catered to all tastes. The gym could use more space and cooling features, as it felt a bit cramped and warm during my workouts.
